Niagara Falls Wedding ~ Chad and Melissa – March 26, 2012

Chad and Melissa came from Ohio for a spring wedding at Oakes Garden Theater in Niagara Falls. Little did they know that early spring this year meant temperatures of 71 degrees that day. When we were preparing for the ceremony, Melissa mentioned to me that they were more worried that it might snow – we didn’t have that problem that day! Besides the awesome weather, I had a great time walking around the park after the ceremony with these two. They were very relaxed and loving, which made for some great moments during our shoot. Queens Landing Wedding :: Natalie and Piotr ~ Febraury 11, 2012

Natalie and Piotr wished for a winter wedding in February – and they were granted their wish. On February 11, 2012, they celebrated their wedding at Queens Landing in Niagara-on-the-Lake and for almost 24 hours prior to the wedding, it snowed. And snowed, and snowed. It stopped right before we were ready to go out and shoot, which worked out perfectly for all of us. Other than a little wind and cold, the happy couple braved the elements to capture some of Niagara on the Lake‘s landscape into their wedding pictures. Here is part one, with some getting ready shots and seeing each other for the first time:

St. Vincent dePaul Baptism ~ Liam VanGent, January 22, 2012

On January 22, Will and Tania VanGent along with godparents Domenic and Emma Massi and many family and friends all witnessed the baptism of Liam VanGent at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church in Niagara on the Lake, Ontario. What a special time this was as we all observed his rite of admission into the Catholic Church. Although Liam took this opportunity to have a nice long nap, everyone else enjoyed his Christening and Liam was fresh and alert at the reception afterward.
